It combines postures, meditation, chanting and breathing techniques to connect you to your true self, channel powerful energy and transform your life.

  • Absolutely. Kundalini Yoga is for any- and everyone. Modifications will be provided for.

  • Please let me know in case of any health issues. It is advised that you listen to your body. Follow any safety instructions or suitable modifications or adjustments to the exercise as instructed. Never continue with a class or a movement that is too difficult for your level of experience or ability, or if you feel any discomfort.

    You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times. You must not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

  • Unless the class is officially titled as a pregnancy-friendly class, please get in touch with me so I can advise you which classes would be pregnancy friendly. When you take part in a class while pregnant, listen carefully for suitable modifications or adjustments to the exercise as instructed.
